On the Alco Campus: This 4,100 sf of raw space on 2rd floor with elevator access, has exposed brick, over-sized windows, high ceilings, lots of natural light, views of down town Providence.
On the Foundry Campus: This 5,295 SF 2nd floor space is elevator accessible and has natural exposed brick and large windows with lost of natural light on the south and west side of the suite.
On the Alco Campus: This 5,390 sf space on 3rd floor (top floor) with elevator access, has very high ceilings ~19 Feet with dropped cloud-sections in many rooms, oversized windows with lots of light and views of downtown providence, in suite kitchenette, very open plan, over-sided doors, exposed natural brick walls, formerly a law firm space.

On the Foundry Campus: This 29,000 SF one story historic mill building features an occupiable mezzanine level and shares a courtyard space with 295 Promenade Street. This single, or multi-tenant building sits prominently on Promenade Street along the Woonasquatucket River. Interior partitions and finishes have been removed and space is wide open for tenant design, entries are on 3 elevations, existing toilet room core remains, this building has undergone a full renovation, including new oversized windows and exterior masonry restoration.
